My sporting career started as a Junior level rower where I represented Great Britain at the junior world championship Level. I then transitioned to sailing aged 25, I have won the maxi 72 World Championships twice and sailed in the 52 Super Series. I also hold the current 500m indoor rowing world record of 1:10.5 alongside 4x consecutive world championship titles.
